Shipping within the EU usually takes two to five days, depending on the current workload of the postal agency. You can track your order at any time by using the tracking link sent to you within one business day from placing your order. Any manufacturing defects on the shirt itself (fabric, lining and stitching) are covered by our two month warranty that warrants a free replacement of your shirt issued immediately upon return of the product. To have replacement under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page or please use our contact form on the “contact us” page or info@bernhardshirts.com and we will get back to you shortly. In the message you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter.

1. Terms of use
GENERAL
These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.bernhardshirts.com website and forms a contract between you and G. Bernhard AB, Swedish company registration number 559044-0276, Starrängsringen 45, 115 50 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter “Bernhard Shirts”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our services.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
PAYMENT
You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Stripe banking services manages all of our banking transactions. Bernhard Shirts does not store any credit card numbers.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Bernhard Shirts may automatically cancel your order.
PROMO CODES
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
TAXES
All prices shown on the Bernhard Shirts website, www.bernhardshirts.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In the case that an order is to be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.
Please note that in the case of an order that is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Bernhard Shirts has no control over these charges and since these charges differs depending on the country that will be shipped to, Bernhard Shirts cannot predict their amount. Bernhard Shirts advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
ORDERING
Orders made in another person’s name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. Bernhard Shirts holds the right to change prices and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Bernhard Shirts to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Customers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Bernhard Shirts in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item is damaged during transport, Bernhard Shirts should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
WARRANTY
Warranty term: Two months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the shirt itself (fabric, lining and stitching). Other defects than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page or contact us directly through otherwise available contact methods. In the message you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If Bernhard Shirts cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
– Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (tears, marks or stains, etc.)
– Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
– Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example floods
– Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor tears, marks or stains, etc.)
– In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
– If the warranty is not submitted along with the shirt
– Button replacement will be charged even during the warranty term
The lining, fabric, buttons, or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When shopping with Bernhard Shirts we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. Bernhard Shirts treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and have it rectified or erased. Bernhard Shirts may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website. PRODUCT
Bernhard Shirts has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the shirt or product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Bernhard Shirts ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with partners to Bernhard Shirts and the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Bernhard Shirts customer service or using the contact form on Bernhard Shirts website within 30 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Bernhard Shirts.
In cases you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Bernhard Shirts either by email, telephone or other means of contact. If a product has been discontinued Bernhard Shirts has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Bernhard Shirts will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the product you ordered, you need to contact Bernhard Shirts within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page or via other means of contact. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. This also applies for returns. Defective products returned to Bernhard Shirts should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns it is of utmost importance that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Bernhard Shirts has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Bernhard Shirts will send the product back to the customer.
LIABILITY
Bernhard Shirts responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Bernhard Shirts bears no direct or indirect responsibility for cases such as delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work, economic harm or other scenarios that can be deemed as otherwise harmful.
FORCE MAJEURE
Bernhard Shirts shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered to include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers, or if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects distributional activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Bernhard Shirts or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Bernhard Shirts.
USER CONTENT
The www.bernhardshirts.com website may include user generated content, for example social media applications. Bernhard Shirts does not claim any ownership in rights for such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and takes no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, any other right, or otherwise take offense by such content, please contact our customer service.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Bernhard Shirts property until full payment is made.
FRAUD
All frauds are reported to the authorities and Bernhard Shirts reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and your use of the www.bernhardshirts.com website is governed by Swedish law.
